Your books, your money and your email stay in your own tools, so they stay with your company whether you leave OpsMax or OpsMax closes.
What stays with your company
- Your books. They stay in your own accounting system. OpsMax works on top of your books; it does not replace them.
- Your money. It stays in your own bank and card accounts. OpsMax moves no money: payments happen in your bank or card platform, made by your team.
- Your email. It stays in your own mailbox. Suggested replies are saved as drafts there, and OpsMax keeps no whole messages or attachments.
A copy of your data
Ask us for a copy of your company's data at any time, and we send it to you in a machine-readable format. It is on request: there is no export button. Write to privacy@opsmax.ai from the address on your account, and say which company the request is for.
Disconnecting your mailbox
When you disconnect a mailbox, OpsMax stops reading it.
Before you go
Closing your company's account does not cancel its subscription. Cancel it first, in the billing portal: how cancelling works is on Plans and billing.
How long we keep your data after you leave, and the records the law requires us to keep, such as billing records: the privacy policy.
