Your price tier follows your average monthly spending over three months, read from your accounting system. We estimate it at signup. You keep your own tools; their cost is yours.

Max’s AI use is included in every plan, within a fair-use monthly allowance sized at about twice expected use. Past it, Max pauses until the month resets. AI costs are estimates until measured in use.

How does each plan work? OpsMax Platform: you connect the tools you already use, OpsMax lists each error with its fix, and you or your person approve. OpsMax Agency: an intro call on what the company needs, then our team onboards you, does the daily work, and reviews it with you each month.
